Data center power
in Illinois.

100 MW at 138 kV, under letter of intent. The grid study is done. Land is under purchase option and fiber runs to the site.

Data centers

Powered land, with a date.

If you are siting a data center, power is the constraint. Not land. Not steel. How many megawatts, and when they are real. Every other date moves around that one.

That is the part we do. We find the load. We negotiate it with the cooperative or the utility. We carry it through study, agreement and energization — in Illinois, inside MISO, on land and pads we own. We have already taken energy through to contract for AI data-center projects.

We will not design your data hall. We bring the power, the site and the crew that runs it. Our containers already run closed-loop liquid cooling. No water consumed.

Questions

Asked and answered.

How much power do you have for a data center?

A 100 MW position at 138 kV in Illinois, under letter of intent with the cooperative. Separately, more than 40 MW is energized and operating today.

Is the interconnection study done?

Yes. 100 MW modelled to 2031 under N-0, N-1 and N-1-1. No thermal violations, no voltage violations, and no network upgrades beyond the interconnection.

Is there land and fiber?

Land is under purchase option. Fiber runs to the site.

Where is it?

Illinois, inside MISO.

Do you design and build the data hall?

No. We bring the power, the site and the crew that runs it.

How much water does the cooling consume?

None. The containers run closed-loop liquid cooling.

How do we start?

Tell us the megawatts and the date. We will tell you what is real.
