What this site is
It describes what we build and operate. It is information, not an offer. Nothing here forms a contract, reserves capacity, fixes a price or commits either side to anything. A commitment between us exists only in a signed agreement.
Figures and specifications
Capacities, machine counts, power figures and timelines are representative of the sites we run and are subject to change without notice. Equipment models and manufacturers named on this site belong to their manufacturers and are named for identification only.
Grid figures — the Illinois generation mix and the carbon-free share — are taken from the U.S. Energy Information Administration for the twelve months to June 2026, and are cited on the page where they appear. They describe the state's generation fleet, not a specific contract or a certificate.
The tax section
The section on Section 168(k) is a plain summary of a public rule of U.S. federal tax law. It is not tax advice, and it is not a prediction of what any rule will do in your case. What applies to your company depends on your profit, your structure, your state and your filings. Your accountant decides. We are happy to talk to them.
